Return Policy

Returns:

 

It is our goal to exceed the expectations of each of our customers. If the order you receive is not to your liking, please contact us within 15 days of receipt and you may return your item for a refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be received in new condition. Please call us at 1-855-264-3010 or email us at customerservice@sun-haven.com and we will help you arrange return shipment and guide you through the return process.

 

Damaged Products:

Our quality control teams domestically and abroad inspect all items before shipping to ensure each order is delivered safe and sound. We encourage you to do the same once you receive your order. In the event you receive your furniture with damage to the packaging, accept the shipment, mark the damage on the Delivery Form before signing it, document it with a photo and call us. In the event that there is something wrong with the production of your furniture, please contact us within 7 days of receiving.

 

Cancellations:

In case you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, any cancellation will be considered a return and subject to our Return Policy.
